Like most of Africa, South Sudan has very few doctors. On average, there is only 1 optometrist per 1 million people in Sub-Saharan Africa. Fortunately, some incredibly smart people at Eyejusters invented something revolutionary...self-adjusting eyeglasses. We worked with these brilliant people to introduce 400 of the glasses to South Sudan and an additional 300 pair to Uganda thanks to the incredibly generous donation by Karmoie, a Norwegian sunglass company who donate a pair of Eyejusters for every pair of sunglasses sold.
