Pure Joy Foundation currently supports 4 schools in South Sudan and Uganda. We began offering merit-based scholarships to our schools in 2018 and by 2024 our students had earned over 10,000 scholarships! Every new student will have their first term tuition and school supplies covered under a scholarship to eliminate any barriers to enrolling in school. From there, the students need to earn their scholarship through their grades. Division 1, equivalent to As in the U.S., receives a 100% scholarship. Division 2, equivalent to Bs, receives a 75% scholarship. Division 3, equivalent to Cs, receives a 50% scholarship.
